Refund Policy

Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations Policy​​   

As a one-person business, my time and availability are limited and carefully scheduled. While I understand that plans can change, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the guidelines below so I can continue offering quality, dependable care to all clients. Thank you for your support and understanding. I’m committed to caring for your pets with the same love and attention I’d give my own.​

​​​Refunds & Credits​

​

Refunds or service credits are only considered under special circumstances, such as:

​

  • A verified medical emergency, family emergency, or natural disaster that prevents the service from being completed. ​​​

​​

  • If I am unable to fulfill a scheduled service and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice—and you do not agree to a rescheduled appointment—you will receive a full refund for that service. All refund or credit requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Approved refunds may be issued as either a service credit or direct payment, depending on the situation.​   â€‹â€‹â€‹

​Cancellations

​

Overnight Pet & Home Care: Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged a non-refundable fee equal to one night of care.

​

Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

​

Meet & Greet: Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; no-shows without contact will incur a $9.99 fee, and a travel fee of up to $10 may apply if I’m more than 10 miles outside Wenatchee.
