Tail-Wagging Care, Wherever They Are
Pet Safety & Booking Policies
At Snuggle & Stay, I prioritize your pet’s safety, health, and comfort above all else. I follow clear guidelines on weather, breed needs, and vaccinations to provide responsible, personalized care. When you book with me, you agree to terms that protect both your pet and myself, ensuring a safe and trustworthy experience every time.
General Safety
For your pet’s safety, I do not conduct walks or outdoor play during extreme weather conditions. This includes very high or low temperatures, storms, or icy conditions. In these cases, indoor enrichment will be provided instead.

-
In hot weather, pets are at risk for heatstroke and paw pad burns.
-
In cold weather, risks include frostbite and hypothermia, especially for small or short-haired breeds.

Each breed has different tolerances to heat, cold, and activity. For example:
-
Short-nosed breeds (like Bulldogs or Pugs) can overheat quickly.
-
Small or thin-coated breeds may need extra warmth in winter.

Please share any breed-specific care instructions when booking.

It is critical that I am informed of any allergies, medications, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns. This information helps me provide the safest and most appropriate care for your pet.
