Service Description
Why Meet & Greets Matter Meet & Greets are an important part of my pet sitting service—they give your pet a chance to get to know me before I care for them, helping to ease any anxiety and build trust. After all, pets are family, and I want them to feel safe and comfortable, not like they’re being left with a stranger. These short visits also allow me to get familiar with your pet’s unique personality, routines, and quirks—whether it's where their food and water are kept, what toys they love most, or any special behaviors or needs they have. Just as importantly, it gives you a chance to meet me, ask questions, and go over any specific instructions, feeding habits, daily routines, or house rules you’d like me to follow. I typically ask that Meet & Greets last about 15 to 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time for a relaxed and thorough introduction. Meet and Greets are complimentary within 10 miles of the Wenatchee area. However if you do not show up to a scheduled Meet & Greet without prior contact (phone, text, or email), a $9.99 no-show fee will be applied as compensation for my time. If I have traveled more than 10 miles outside of Wenatchee, an additional travel fee (up to $10) may apply based on the distance.
Cancellation Policy
Meet & Greets are an important part of ensuring the best care and connection between your pet and me. I’m always happy to schedule these introductions and understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer that time to another client. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to a scheduled Meet & Greet without prior contact (phone, text, or email), a $9.99 no-show fee will be applied as compensation for my time. If I have traveled more than 10 miles outside of Wenatchee, an additional travel fee (up to $10) may apply based on the distance.
